U2U gives universities and organizations the opportunity to meet counterparts who share the same needs and interests in a more private and focused procedure.
A special area with tables will be available so representatives of universities can arrange one-to-one meetings between them. A registered participant will be able to book a table for a specific time slot. Booking more than one time slot may be possible, subject to availability.
In order to book direct meetings with other representatives during your time slot, you have to inform us in written that you allow us to give your contact details (name, surname, university, country, email) to all registered participants in order to contact you.
There will be no additional fee for University to University Meetings.

Packages should be labelled: ERACON 2024 CONGRESS Packages should be sent to be received between 17-24 of June and should indicate no value and delivered to the destination so there is no issue of customs tax checking and no need for anyone to go to the customs to collect the box, as this is not possible.
